Hand made, sterling silver "Rolling Jerusalem" ring. The "Rolling Ring" is a combination of two rings, one on top of the other. The outer ring is rolling freely as a bearing on top of the inner one, carved as the Jerusalem skyline. The deeper parts of the carving are oxidized to accentuate the towers and roofs of Jerusalem, resulting in a three dimensional effect. On the inner ring, Hadaya engraves the verse "If I forget thee oh Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning" and when the ring is rolled, the verse is visible through the openings in the outer ring. Both rings are hammered, with the inner ring including extended edges so that the outer ring will not slip to the sides and yet still roll nicely. The ring is suitable for use as a wedding band (the verse on the inside is the same verse a groom recites), however this is a unisex ring, also suitable as an everyday ring.
